Overview

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges except as expressly stated in this policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. Because these items are manufactured, packaged, and shipped specifically for each order, returns or exchanges are not accepted for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, buyer error, compatibility issues, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.In the event that an order arrives damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement at our sole discretion. Customers must notify us within forty-eight (48) to seventy-two (72) hours of confirmed delivery. Requests must include clear photographic or video evidence showing the damaged or incorrect item, the original packaging, and the shipping container if the damage appears to be shipment-related. The item must be unused and uninstalled at the time of review. Approved claims will result in a replacement being shipped at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued for damaged items unless replacement is not reasonably possible. Our 3D-printed scale bike models are inherently delicate and intended primarily for display. Due to the manufacturing process and material characteristics, minor cosmetic variations or imperfections may occur and are considered normal. Damage occurring after delivery, including damage caused by handling, display, impact, or accidents, is not eligible for replacement or refund. For international orders, we are not responsible for delays, holds, losses, or seizures caused by customs authorities. Claims for damaged or incorrect items on international orders are subject to the same notification and evidence requirements outlined above. 

Chargebacks are only considered valid in cases of verified fraud, confirmed non-delivery, or legitimate unresolved issues supported by clear evidence. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us or without substantiated proof may result in account suspension, order cancellation, and the submission of all relevant documentation to the payment processor. We reserve the right to contest fraudulent or abusive chargebacks and pursue recovery of associated costs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, failure to follow instructions, or incompatibility not confirmed prior to purchase. All products are sold “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law. We are not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
